We are a competitive alpine Ski team based in the ski center La Parva, located in the capital of Chile, Santiago. With youth athletes in the U18, U21 category and adults that have trained in a competitive level since the early stages of childhood. The training takes place during the winter season of the Southern hemisphere and offers an advanced program, either part time, or full time. We also offer a limited number of spots in our Guest Training program, for racers traveling from other countries.

Personas celebrando.

The athletes compete in the Chilean Ski Federation and the Argentine Ski Federation circuits. During the Northern hemisphere season, the athletes that travel, will participate in races held in Italy.

The team counts with a group of skilled high-level professionals that seek to develop and grow the technical capacities of the ski racers, to achieve their own personal goals as well as perfecting their skills competitively.

Training starts at the end of June until the first days of October, depending on the seasons race calendar, focusing on the disciplines and techniques of slalom skiing, giant slalom and in speed super giant. We have the support of the La Parva Ski Center who in turn, is one of our team sponsors.

Begginings

The team is established in 2014, as a joint initiative between the children’s alpine ski teams that operate in La Parva Ski Center: the Andes Club and the Ski La Parva Club. Looking to group the youth and adult teams into one, so as to develop and focus the training into a more technical experience that will allow each ski racer to achieve a greater potential and technicism.

With the passing years it has consolidated and grown into a team with its own identity. Today the FIS La Parva Andes ski team is a fore runner in the southern hemisphere and is the team with the largest number of athletes FIS in South America.

Federation

The team actively collaborates with the Chilean Ski Federation, various athletes that have been part of the National Selection of Chile, have trained with us:
